Consulting
Start-Ups: I have worked with companies from Europe and Japan to evaluate the practicalities of direct representation or owned operations, which products to bring to the US market, possible locations, long term goals, legal, representing companies or personnel selections for owned operations as well as all costs to determine the necessary path to choose, if any.
Recoveries: I have helped owners take a serious and honest look at their circumstances to evaluate how the business got to into this condition. Once that is completed a pathway to solutions has become clear.
Product Research & Development: Worked with domestic and International clients on entirely new and redesigns of existing products from market and product evaluations, through development, engineering design and finally, manufacturing.
Marketing: The sales and management teams of my clients would use me to help integrate all the research and development to create marketing objectives.
Advertising: Once the prototypes or first article products were ready it was time to create to final versions of the Advertising and placements
Coaching: I have done management, sales and personal coaching as part of the final step with several of my clients. Individual and group coaching has also been done.
